This is a set of Bonbon Drop stickers from Tamagotchi, which were sold at domestic stores. These are leftovers from my child, so some may have been peeled off and put back on. Also, since they are shipped from Okinawa and remote islands, it takes an average of 10 days or so from the shipping procedure to arrival, and the system will send a confirmation notification from the secretariat along the way.
