PlayStation 2 console (SCPH-50000), three controllers, an 8MB memory card, AV cable, and power cable included. One of the controllers has a frayed cable at the base (it still worked, though). I couldn't confirm game functionality as I don't have any PS2 software, but DVDs played normally.
