Arita-yaki, made by Shuho This is a decorative lidded vase with a blue background and a design of flowers and birds. My mother purchased this a long time ago and displayed it in a display case. The inside of the vase and lid, as well as the bottom, appear to be in relatively good condition. However, as you can see in photos 11 and 12, there are some areas on the body with stains and peeling of the gold-colored parts.
