I've only worn this a handful of times, and it's in very good condition overall, but there are some fibers near the Velcro on the pocket. If you have any other concerns, please let me know and I'll take some photos. Made with GORE-TEX, which offers excellent waterproof, windproof, and breathable properties, this is perfect for outdoor activities as well as everyday wear. I'm selling it because I don't have the opportunity to use it.
