It has low noise and a clean, crisp, and well-separated modern sound quality. Power-on and sound output have been confirmed, but detailed operation such as combinations of FX on each channel and any crackling sounds have not been checked. The included AC adapter has been repaired with audio solder after being cut. It does not affect power or sound quality. Please insulate it with vinyl tape or similar.
