This is a headband from the Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary. It's a limited-edition item and is no longer sold. I haven't had a chance to use it, and it's been stored with the tag still attached, in new condition. Although it's unused, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to the condition, as it has been stored by a private individual.
