This is a The Premium Malt's Kami-Awa Server. I received it as a bonus when I bought beer about a year ago, but I've only used it once. I believe it works by vibrating the can of beer to create fine, creamy foam. It can be attached to a refrigerator and comes with instructions. Thank you!
