There are almost no scratches, but there is one noticeable scratch. Please see the fourth photo. Sound quality and noise canceling are good. I will wipe down all the ear tips, etc., before shipping. The case is not included. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as this is a used item. I will accept price negotiations.
