I purchased this from a Licca-chan doll artist a few years ago. Only the skirt is for sale. The other items are not included. The fringe on the hem is very cute. I've used it a few times and stored it carefully. I don't see any noticeable flaws, but since it's a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
