This is a black cut-and-sew with a switch to shirt material on the sleeves. It has shirring from the shoulders to the arms, making for a cute design. The length is a little short. I've only put it on once to try it on (I haven't worn it otherwise), and it's been washed, so I've listed it as "near unused." I may compress it for shipping. Please understand that this may cause wrinkles or creasing.
