I bought this at a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa a few years ago and wore it a few times. The length is around knee-high. It can be worn as a dress or as a light jacket. Please understand that this item has been stored by a private individual. I will fold it up small for shipping. Also, I have a pet (dog), and as this is clothing, it tends to attract hair. I will be careful when packaging, but if you have a dog allergy or are concerned about pet hair, please purchase at your own risk.
