This is a used item. The instruction manual and stickers are not included. This is a limited edition gift from the February 2011 issue of Monthly CoroCoro Comic. The black clear wheel and the red metal wheel have scratches on the sides. Also, there is paint剥がれ (paint peeling) on the underside of the metal wheel.
