I purchased this last season on Amazon. The ribbon is removable, and it's a cute design even without it. As you can see in the photos, there are a few faint stains on the sleeves. Since this item has been worn, there may be other faint stains or small marks that I may have missed. If you are particular about the item being in perfect condition, please refrain from purchasing. The skirt part tends to wrinkle easily, so I think an iron would be helpful. I also have it in blue and gray, so I plan to list that as well.
