This is a Toyoko Inn limited edition pin badge ☺︎ The motif is Hiroshima Prefecture's Momiji Manju (maple leaf-shaped cake). It's only available in Hiroshima Prefecture, and the quantity is limited, so I think it's rare ☔︎ I got it in front of JR Saijo Station, which is not a stop for the Shinkansen.
