This is a Dutch oven, the popular "10-inch Super Deep" model from UNIFLAME. I've used it several times outdoors, but I've always taken good care of it after each use. There are some soot and burn marks from use, but there are no functional problems. Made of black iron plate instead of cast iron, it's lightweight, easy to handle, and less prone to cracking.
