It runs when the hand-winding screw is wound. I am not familiar with watches, so I cannot determine if it runs accurately. There are numbers written to the right of the serial number in the 12th photo, such as k64703. Silver engraving on the lid. I purchased this about 30 years ago when I was fascinated by antique Tiffany and went around antique shops and overseas antique fairs held in Japan. I am not familiar with watches, so I don't remember much of the explanation I heard at that time. It is an old item and has considerable signs of use and scratches. The back cover of the case has a double structure. It is a rare antique original. Tiffany has been handling jewelry and silverware since the mid-1800s, and this pocket watch was released in the early 1900s, when pocket watches were still very expensive.
