Thank you for viewing. The fit can be adjusted with the top and bottom drawstrings, but I don't know the exact size range. The hood is not removable. I have used it 5 times. As shown in photo 7, the transparent window for the lift ticket is broken, so I have applied masking tape (photo 8). You can also store the lift ticket holder inside the zipper (photo 9). Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I apologize if I missed anything. Please purchase if you are okay with home storage and some wear and tear.
