It comes with a removable wool liner and a belt. There is a feeling of wear, and with it, some fading of the corduroy and metal hardware, and verdigris on the buttons. There are no fatal damages such as fabric tears that would hinder wear, but since I wore it with a pin badge, there are holes in the right chest flap. One of the holes goes through to the pocket itself on the back of the flap. This is a used item, and there are other minor age-related changes due to wear, so please understand this before purchasing.
