Thank you for your interest. This is a Sanrio Seven Dwarfs pass case. It was manufactured in 1983, but it's an item that doesn't feel old. It's Showa retro and cute. It has been stored as a new, unused item. The cellophane tape securing the outer bag has deteriorated, making it easy to open, so I have opened it to take photos. I think it can also be used as a card holder. I don't think it feels old, but there are individual differences in how things are perceived, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are sensitive.
