Showa Retro Item This is Toshiba's mascot character, Toshiba Esper. It's one of the Bandai-made capsule toys, "Showa-era Signboard Dolls," sold exclusively at 7-Eleven in 2003. It has been stored in a dark place, so there is no discoloration or major damage. However, please understand that this is a used item from 20 years ago before considering purchasing it. The bag is slightly torn.
