I bought this a few years ago, but it's too small, so I haven't worn it much. The tag on the collar says "46," but it feels like a size S to me, even though I usually wear a size M. It doesn't feel tight when I wear it. The fabric is stretchy, so even if it's a little snug, it's not uncomfortable, but the length is short, which bothered me, so I haven't worn it.
