This is a flared skirt from United Arrows. I am selling it because I don't have many opportunities to wear it. When I wear it, the skirt length comes down to below my knees, and I am 158 cm tall. It has pockets and no lining. It is made of 100% cotton with a sturdy fabric. Because a lot of fabric is used, the flare spreads out beautifully. The reason for the "slightly scratched or dirty" condition is that there are scuffs on the protruding parts as shown in the 5th photo, and there are two spots on the front and back where bleach has splashed, as shown in the 6th photo.
