I bought this at a dog clothing shop in Myeongdong during my trip to Korea. I bought it for my 3.4kg long-coat Chihuahua. Please refer to the photos of the scarf being worn. My dog doesn't like being constricted, so I attached it loosely. If you want a snug fit, it might be better for a slightly larger dog. The fabric has no stretch. The scarf fastens with a button. As you can see in the photos, the fringe of the scarf is a bit messy. This is a used item, so please check the photos carefully and purchase with the understanding that no claims or returns are accepted.
