Since my child disliked raincoats and outerwear from a young age, this one was very useful because you didn't have to put their arms through; you could just put it over them and snap it closed. The red base with white polka dots looked like Minnie Mouse, and my daughter loved it. The snaps on the arm openings kept the sleeves from riding up, making it easy to wear even when moving their hands.
