I used these when my daughter practiced dance. They were only used indoors, so I think they're relatively clean, but since they are used items, I've marked them as having some minor scratches. Please check the photos. They are 23.5 cm, but they run large. My daughter seemed to like the look of them! They are still usable, so please use them if you'd like (o^^o)
