This is a Katsuo-bushi (dried bonito) shaver made by Nihonbashi Kiya. It has been stored unused since purchase, but because there is a dent on the lid and it doesn't have a box, I've listed it as "Like New." (Please check the dent in image 6) An instruction manual for adjusting the katsuobushi shaver is included. No claims or returns accepted.
