【Vintage Petty Knife from 56 to 86 Years Ago】 This is a Zwilling petty knife. It's a very rare vintage item, and you rarely see them listed on Mercari. It features the twin logo design that preceded the current one. This particular twin logo was used from 1900 until the design change in 1969. Since the "FRIODUR®" (ice-hardening) patent was obtained in 1939, this product was made between 1939 and 1969. The "TWIN WORKS" lettering might also be a clue for dating it, but I haven't found any helpful information after researching. I've only been able to determine that it's a product from 56 to 86 years ago. If anyone knows more, please provide information in the comments.
