This is a black ballpoint pen featuring Kabano Daichan, the mascot character of the Yokohama City Environmental Planning Bureau. I received it at the Yokohama Minato Mirai Sewerage Expo. My child has been storing it. It's almost unused, but please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item.
