I received this a long, long time ago as a used item, and it's been sitting untouched since then. The notepad (or letter set?) has been used to some extent, and there are stickers included, but they are detached from the notepad itself. The four stickers are unopened, but the smaller stickers, which seem to have come with a smaller notepad, were already in this condition when I received them.
