It's not the subdued color often seen in antique kimonos; it has a vibrant, colorful design, making it a rare and attractive piece. The condition has overall light soiling, and there are stains as shown in the images. There is a patch on one area of plain fabric. The cut edge is visible on one side of the collar. The overall condition isn't terrible (there is overall light soiling). I hope to sell it to someone who can use the beautiful parts of the fabric, perhaps for those creating works with persimmon dye or an antique aesthetic. I believe I could skillfully use all the patterns, but it would depend on what you are making. The design features a lion dance (the Komainu's expression is cute and soothing).
