Purchased from a kids' vintage shop. It's a vintage, made-in-USA Patagonia outerwear for kids. The color and shape are super cute. The size is 6 months, which I think is around 70cm. My daughter wore it around the time she started walking. Because it's vintage, there's a general feeling of wear and tear, such as pilling.
