This is a YAMAHA horn mouthpiece, model 35C4. It has only been test-played a few times. There is some discoloration of the plating due to aging, but there are no major scratches on the rim or shank. This is a fairly large size among Yamaha mouthpieces, so if you find your current mouthpiece too constricting, you might want to give this one a try.
