⚫︎ Used only 2-3 times, practically unused. ⚫︎ There are some minor damages, such as tears, on the corners of the box. A store sticker is affixed to the back of the box. ⚫︎ Upon close inspection, there are some minor white spots on the corners of the game board. ⚫︎ I have counted everything listed in the instructions. The following items were missing: • Fire insurance certificates (8) → (7) • Person pins (6 colors, 10 each) → Yellow (9), Pink (9) ⚫︎ Regarding the money and promissory notes: I did not count them as the number is not specified. The bills were stored in the money tray, so some have a slight curve. There are some creases and ink transfer on some of the $10,000 bills, so please check the photos and understand. ⚫︎ I have used packaging that I provided (all new) for the rubber bands to hold the bills and the person pins. ⚫︎ I have cleaned it, but please understand that there may be areas that I couldn't clean thoroughly. ⚫︎ It will be placed in a waterproof plastic bag and shipped with protective recycled corrugated cardboard. ⚫︎ Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item and do not mind minor details.
