1950's-60's Grover V97-18NA Sta-Tite Open-Back Tuners These tuners were used by various famous manufacturers such as Rickenbacker, MARTIN, GUILD, and GRETSCH. They are the same type of tuners as those on John Lennon's 1958 325. These are vintage tuners from 60 years ago, and while some may have a lighter torque depending on the individual unit, they all move smoothly and should not hinder practical use. As you can see in the images, they have the heavy aura of parts from that era, and just by installing them on a guitar, the atmosphere will change dramatically.
