YAMAHA RGZ Series Electric Guitar Purchased at a musical instrument store 36 years ago Fully functional, produces sound Humbucker-Single-Humbucker pickup configuration with a tap switch that allows the humbuckers to sound like single coils, enabling a wide range of sound creation. Wiring is untouched. The maple fingerboard provides a bright sound. Mostly original parts, except for the bridge. Two knobs have been replaced, but the original ones are included. The back cover is missing (for easier spring adjustment). *My memory was hazy, but the tremolo unit is not the original. It has been replaced with a Floyd Rose patent-licensed part. The string height is set high, at 5mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string, so adjustment may be needed to your preference. The maple fingerboard has been hand-scalloped from the 12th to the 24th fret, so please be aware of this. (Inspired by Yngwie Malmsteen) Please check the photos for the current condition. The body is in good condition for its age. I honestly don't know the value of this guitar. Feel free to modify it to your liking. The neck can be easily replaced with a similar type using screws.
