This is a digital thermostat from Five Plan. There are no noticeable scratches or damage. I used it for about two years as a backup for heating my reptile room and then stored it. I didn't use the suction cups, so I discarded them, but I will include stronger ones than the originals. I prefer the easy-to-see, illuminated digital type like this product over the LCD type, so I bought several new ones about seven years ago and used them. Thank you for looking.
