This is an Anchor Hocking lemonade jar/carafe/juice jar. The size is approximately 8.5cm in diameter and 20cm in height, with a capacity of 24oz (approximately 700ml, up to 900ml). I purchased this while in the US. There are no markings. There are two areas with print loss. The spout closure on the lid does not close. It floats. There is some dark staining. The glass is in good condition. No cracks or roughness. For those who understand vintage items.
