I had an esiq done on the day of purchase, and I have used it carefully, such as carrying the earbuds separately in the earphone pouch. Therefore, I don't see any noticeable scratches or damage (although there may be some very minor ones). There are no chips. I have only used the cable from the accessories, and everything else is unused. I have never re-cabled it, so the 2-pin connectors are not loose. I am selling it to upgrade my equipment.
