This item is used, but appears to be in good condition. For reference, it has hardly been used. Please assess the condition based on the photos. The digital display LCD has some issues (the display is generally a bit faint, and partially even fainter), making it difficult to see, but it is still readable. I have confirmed that it is working, and it functions without any problems. Due to the above reasons, this item is being sold as junk. Instruction manual included, no box. Please consider purchasing only if you understand that this is a junk item.
