This appears to be a JB-style neck from a Japanese manufacturer. It's made of quarter-sawn maple with a rosewood fingerboard. It has a lacquer finish, and while there's some damage in places, it's still perfectly usable. It includes tuners and a string retainer. Medium-sized frets.
