I've used this several times to attend a friend's wedding. The size is approximately 28cm x 17cm x 4cm. It's a size that can comfortably hold things like congratulatory money envelopes. Inside, there are two pockets (thin and inconspicuous, but with black lines) and one zippered pocket. The color is listed as dark silver, but I think it's a color that goes well with gold tones. The shoulder strap is removable. Please note that this is a used item.
