This is a skirt with an elastic waistband, constructed from three layers: tulle, patterned fabric, and lining. There are some loose threads and snags, which do not affect wearability (see photos 5, 12, and 13). Skirt length: approximately 35cm No name tag There may be overlooked minor snags, but please consider this if you are not concerned about such details. It has a "yume-kawa" (dreamy-cute) design and is very cute!
