I subjectively think it would fit up to around 130cm for a child of average build. Please refer to the actual size measurements listed, which were taken with the garment laid flat. There is some pilling, but there are no stains or damage, and it can still be worn. I don't think it's very water-repellent, so please apply water-repellent treatment yourself. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
