This is the Nikon AF-S Teleconverter TC-20E III. The warranty period has already expired, but I still have the original warranty card from when I bought it. I purchased it at Bic Camera. I've used it about 3-5 times, and it's in very good condition, practically new. I don't think I've taken more than 100 shots with it. When not in use, I stored it in a dehumidified storage, so I don't think there's any concern about mold. The sixth image is the pouch for the teleconverter.
