Are British cartoon characters unpopular? It's undeniable that many of them have low recognition. Mr. Bean's teddy bear, for example, is probably forgotten. *sobs* This is Tutter, a neat blue mouse character from the show "Bear in the Big Blue House." I think he's the cutest character in the show. You can find regular Tutter plushies, but the McDonald's toys are rare. McDonald's in Europe generally has similar Happy Meal toys, but strangely, there are toys exclusive to the UK, and some of them are really high-quality items. I tried hard to collect them, but often the only way to get them was to go there, so I had to give up on a lot of items. This one is from 2002, but it's in good condition with no fraying, so I think it's in excellent condition. Thank you for looking.
