The source of the initial inspiration for the old-fashioned coloring method is the traditional shibori dyeing art of thousands of years. The old coloring technique, passed down for over a hundred years, can only be done by the craftsman's hand, and no machine can replace it. The finished coloring changes in light and shadow, creating color gradations.
