This is a Sherry Mae gummy snack case purchased a few years ago at Tokyo DisneySea. It has the tag and is new and unused, as I haven't put any gummies or anything else in it. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that there may be some age-related deterioration. It has been stored in a bag.
