This is a dress-style trench coat. It's about knee-length. It doesn't have a lining, so you can wear it until early spring. It has pleats, and when you tie the waist ribbon, it looks like a skirt, making for a cute outfit. I bought it new a few years ago. It has been dry-cleaned and stored at home. In my amateur opinion, it's in good condition.
