Thank you for viewing. I'm not sure of the material. It looks like Meisen and is very stylish. It's an antique. I loved wearing it, but the floral fabric on the seat has deteriorated. The pattern is very cute, so it's a shame to throw it away, but I can't do any refashioning myself, so I'm offering it for sale for the purpose of refashioning. It will be folded small for delivery.
