No size tag (fits like M-L) This is a very old item. It has been dry cleaned, but there are stains that remain. I believe it was limited to 150 pieces. The number on the left sleeve is likely the serial number... It's wool, so there are some moth-eaten spots. I've included photos. Also, there is black soiling on the cuffs. The moth holes on the collar are the largest, but since the collar is folded, they are not very noticeable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
